I authorize River RV Rentals to charge my credit card for reservation fee/rental amounts or any damages that I have caused during my rental period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Check-in time is 2PM. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11AM. Call us if you check out earlier so we can pick up the trailer. You can call us to inquire on a later check-out as well.

ITEMS PROVIDED: River RV Rentals provides you with this RV furnished with (4)pillows, (4)towels, dish- es, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, coffee mugs, toaster, broom, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, and garbage cans. These items are to remain in the RV. Make sure to bring your own sheets and blankets!

REFRIGERATOR: During the summer when it is extreme heat, the refrigerator will not perform to it's fullest. Make sure to use an ice chest as much as possible. Never overfill the refrigerator as it will not cool down. Do not put room temperature food in the refrigerator, make sure it is already cold before you put the food in.

TOILET PAPER: Use only the 1-ply toilet paper provided. Nothing else shall be flushed down the toilet, in- cluding feminine products of any kind. Do not open the vents or windows while air conditioner is on. This could pull in sewer gases to unit and cause to smell.

AIR CONDITIONER: The thermostat for the air conditioner has been set between 72 and 75 degrees to pre- vent it from over working and freezing up. If you choose to set the thermostat lower and the air conditioning unit freezes up and stops working you must turn the unit off until it thaws out and can run properly. If the air conditioner is running full time due to temperatures exceeding 100 degrees, and the microwave is used, a breaker may trip and shut down the power. Turn off the microwave and flip the breaker switch on. It is recom- mended to temporarily turn off the air conditioner when using the microwave, blow dryer, iron curler, etc.

HOLDING TANKS: Some camping sites do not have sewer hook-ups (La Paz, Buckskin, River Island, etc). If you do not have a sewer hook-up all of the water is going to a holding tank in the trailer. There is one for the toilet (Black Tank) and one for the sinks and shower (Grey Tank). They are only about 25-30 gallons each. We do not recommend using the shower in the trailer when there is no sewer hoop up because if the gray tank over- fills you will be charged for having the tanks pumped. Please use showers in park so the gray tank will not over fill. The Black Tank Valve will be closed. Depending on usage, the black tank many need to be dumped. To dump the it you open the large black valve on the opposite side of the entrance.

KEY: A key to the entrance door is provided and shall be left in the RV at your departure. A $40 charge will be charged on the card if the key is not left in the trailer after the rental period or it may be mailed with 1 week to avoid a charge. River RV Rentals shall not be held responsible for lost or damage to any personal property belonging to the renter or any member of his/her party including property stored inside or outside the RV.

SMOKING: NO SMOKING inside the RV. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! You will be charged.

PETS: NO PETS inside the RV unless the pet deposit is paid in advance. If evidence of a pet is found a pet fee will be charged. NO PETS ALLOWED IN RV UNATTENDED.

REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for any reason, including, but not limited to, bad weather, no shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

DEPOSIT:  DAMAGE DEPOSIT is $500. The RV shall be returned in the same condition as received. If there is dam- age done to the RV during your stay we can charge up to $500. Excessive cleaning will be charged a fee. Trash must be taken out and dishes must be washed. River RV Rentals shall be responsible for cleaning all linens and towels. Some RVs come with AWNINGS. Never leave the AWNING unattended. Retract AWNING in bad weather. You will be charged for any damage.

PERSONAL INJURY: You release us, our agents and employees from all claims for injury, including, with- out limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss or damage to you, guests, unborn children, or relatives, whether or not the injury was caused by use of the Trailer, our negligence, or was otherwise our re- sponsibility.

WAIVER: Our failure to enforce any of our rights under this Agreement or at law shall not be deemed a waiver or a continuing waiver of any rights or remedies against another party, unless such waiver is in writing and signed by the party to be charged.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Agreement is judicially determined to be invalid, void or unen- forceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ATTORNEY FEES: In the event a dispute arises regarding this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be enti- tled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, in addition to other relief to which it is entitled.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the rental of the Trailer, and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements or understandings regarding this subject matter. This Agreement can only be amended by a writing signed by all parties.
